Reform Ohio Now! Get these 3 referendums on the ballot!
Go to http://ReformOhioNow.org

Among other things, they want to take the SoS out of election biz and go with a bi-partisan independent state BoE! YES!!!

Help them get this on the ballot along with the other 2 initiatives this November.

And KICK this damn thread until it bleeds please!

Also nominate and cross post to Ohio forum, GD and GDP if it's not there already!

3. rumor is the Dems are going to attempt to sabotage the re-districting
initiative since they now think they can regain the state due to the Coingate/GOP Scandals. I only hope they use their efforts to fight the fraud we exposed over defeating a fair method of districting.

5. Gee don't all nominate this at once now!
I mean who cares about Ohio anyway?
It's not like we need Ohio to win the Presidency in 2008.
It's not like Ohio mattered in 04, or 2000.
I guess we need more threads about the exit polls huh?
At least THEY get to see the light of day.

Lots more needs to be done in Ohio, but these referenda are a good place to start.

Cheers.

9. Who is going to count the votes in the referendum?
Forgive me my cynicism BUT why should we expect the votes to be counted fairly?

Don't you guys get it? We can bring EVERYONE to the polls, and "WIN" by a solid margin, and the "counted votes" will still show a narrow win for the opposition.

It is not about bringing people to the polls - it is about bringing criminals to justice. Until we find a way to prosecute the people who have been abetting the stealing of elections, we don't have to bother with campaigns. They will just be a waste of time, money and emotional capital.

10. The referendum is ABOUT vote fraud.
So the advertising should feature that in a prominent fashion. That'll push the Reeps into a corner-rig this one and prove the point, don't rig it and lose.

Either way, we win eventually.

12. framing
I think the buzz words should be "vote-counting fraud." Or "election theft" or something similar. The Carter-Baker sham used "voter fraud" as a theme, and I feel "vote fraud" is too
close to that term...could be confusing?
In any case, the groups who collected 520,000 petition signatures are to be heartily CHEERED!

11. The three RON issues...
WILL be on the November ballot if at least 322,000 petition signatures of the more than 520,000 collected are certified
by the county BoEs. They have until August 25 to complete the certification process. Best help now will be to burn incense, pray or send money for the ads which will have to run pre-Nov 8.
You know the entrenched will smear, lie and otherwise act like
standard rethugs, to defeat these. Go to the website noted
in Bill Bored's initial post and see what you can do...
