4. Why is pointing out fraud proved by statistics wrong. Why is a paper
trail not a good issue.

Why is single payer health not a good issue.

Why is the Dem 401k type add-on accounts not a good solution to the savings crisis?

Why should Dem's do any compromize on Social Security?

Why is there not a war room to respond to US media repeating GOP spin - as in MEDICARE DRUG PREMIUMS WILL BE LOWER THAN FIRST ESTIMATE - say by having the war room note that the reduced premium is largely do to the new revised estimate that has far fewer folks signing up for the drug benefit?

Why does the 3 million of pretend jobs that are part of the 1 million over 5 years Bush job increase not discussed- or do Dems believe that the DOL establishment survey (payroll tax payees survey) does really miss a growing number of US jobs - now nearing 3 million? How do these folks stay off the payroll tax system year after year - or why does the DOL survey assume thatr it not only misses new business, but that it also misses a constantly growing number year over year of these businesses?

When will the party realize that a straight shooter that calls the GOP what they are - facists - and notes what the have done - destroyed our children's future with massive new national debt - and notes that when Bush is acting like an as - as in the Cindy Sheenan non-meeting - that Bush can fairly be called an "ASS" - when will the party adopt that person as it's prefered personality profile for a Dem running for office?

"Why couldn't you find your butt with both hands when it came to the overwhelming evidence for the 2004 election theft in Ohio?"

and

"Why have you never acknowledged the receipt of over two hours of audio testimony from Ohio election fraud experts, and similar researchers from eight other states, that we busted ass to send you from the National Election Reform Conference in Nashville before you published your report?"

and

"Which political party do you belong to? Can you prove it?"

and

"Have you stopped beating Lady Liberty yet?"

The Springer show has a history of fights breaking out. Your history shows you don't know how to fight. How will you defend yourself?

8. In your Ohio "Democracy at Risk" report you said:
"Current DRE voting systems, in addition to being extremely expensive to
procure and maintain, are vulnerable to fraud. Existing standards and
practices for certification of voting systems are insufficient to
provide security for existing DRE systems, and significant effort will
be required to remedy these deficiencies in the future."

"Public elections – if they are to work, must be transparent. Private
secrets have no place in public elections and, in fact, engender a
system that is vulnerable to tampering, covert manipulation and fraud.
Voting machine vendors should be required by law to disclose equipment
designs to the public. Paper trail audits offer an improvement over
current DRE systems that provide no paper trail but they do not guard
against tampering, improper equipment calibration and faulty aggregation
of the votes cast. The only way to ensure every vote cast is properly
registered and counted is through a transparent system that is
verifiable by the public (not just the vendor) at every stage of the
voting process."

"...The use of existing DRE machines must be discontinued unless or
until they are perfected. A transparent system for aggregating votes
cast at the precinct, county, state and national level must be developed
in order to ensure that every vote cast is counted."

So, isn't it time the DNC and the rest of the party started to MARGINALIZE any so-called Democrat who doesn't sign on to this and take the appropriate action in their state to do something about it instead of covering for Diebold and the rest of the election privatization movement?

and not just dispute the conclusions we don't like.

Taken literally, it says that any Democrat that supports paperless DREs, or even continuing use of DREs is a traitor to the party and the voters. That's powerful stuff. It's bad enough we have the Repukes running most of our elections; the last thing we need is complicit Democrats. We should be purging anyone in the party who doesn't tow this line.

HAVA in its present form would probably not have become law without certain Democrats who just couldn't sweat the details of whether or not there was a voter-verified paper audit trail requirement in the bill. It's junk legislation and junk representation and the party should NOT stand for it any longer. Let the Repukes fight for their paperless unverifiable elections -- let us fight AGAINST THEM!

I think Brazile with all her faults, has given us an opportunity to take this fight to the enemy that is us and we would be foolish not to take advantage of it.

As far as Ohio, unless we win back Congress, it's up to the Ohioans to take back their state, and they are trying! Show them some love and see this thread: <http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x388548>

9. Why didn't you bother to speak to the activists that were on the ground on
and after election day if you wanted to investigate the "04 election?

Why did you ignore the mountain of evidence that the honorable John Conyers compiled for "What went wrong in Ohio?"

Have YOU ever received a check from Pat (aka Pasquale) Gallina?

16. Springers TV Show? "Donna, why do you like losing elections so much?"
That's right. She was behind the pathetic, "surrender monkey" DNC report on Ohio 2004. They spend 1/2 of the report with a troll statistician proving that Ohio wasn't stolen. These people are on something other than a normal diet. Dean was rolled here and if he doesn't correct this, he'll lose all credibility with the progressive movement. He's lost it with me (and I'm sure he's very upset about that ...haha). Anyway, Brazile is useless to Democrats. Her personal friend Karl Rove will be pleased with her, however.
