Better than I had expected. Here's why:

Ohio State University law professor DAN TOAKAGI was on the show with MCM. I expected him to be a real naysayer, but he admitted that there were lots of problems in OH, including Blackwell. Recommended Conyers report and Reform Ohio Now! Didn't think Kerry won, but was not too happy about HAVA implementation, punch cards, machine allocation, Warren County lock down, etc. in Ohio. I don't think he believes paper ballots/trails are necessary though but mentioned the Diebold disaster in CA! Said voter fraud is extremely rare and he is against the photo ID laws.

I'd recommend this show. It's an hour with breaks. I'm still listening so don't bite my head off if I've left something out!
