14. OK you need 50 posts for me to PM you- SO I will post some info here

Sun- Melissa B does the ERD.

She will start the ERD, basically we do google news searches. Diebold, Sequoia, ES&S are the 3 major voting machine vendors, so those 3 names are always good to search. Also "Voter verified paper ballot", "election oficials", "voting mahine purchase" etc.

I like to include the logo of the newspaper or web site. FOr example- if you found a Washington Post article, right click on the WaPo logo, then click on properties, a window pops up with the URL of the logo. Copy and paste it into the ERd post.

I receive google news alerts on dozens of election/voting related phrases, so I'll just post some of the more interesting ones here. Is it best to let the news articles speak for themselves or are readers here more receptive, if editorial comments accompany the articles?

Yes. Go for it!

It looks like our Editors put a state abreviation ahead in the subj line. The easier not to duplicate enties maybe.

I flipped back and forth to the previous day's thread to make sure I wasn't duplicating and also reloaded the thread to make sure I wasn't duplicating Wilms. (As if!)

What else.

Oh -- All the EDs are wonderful about answering questions and steering you to compilations.
