3. I'm sorry, I just do not understand
this, its like you are saying to vote into a machine that locks our paper ballot up and then, counts that ballot in secret. I don't get the theory here, voting in to that box puts our vote in to their proprietary machine.

With the emergency ballot( not that its going to the end all problem solver) will keep our ballot, more or less out and away from their vote counting, storing, and corporate proprietary machines.

If the people should stand up against the election, wouldn't you want to fight the proprietary vote counting machines, in a new, and unrehearsed court battle, where we have additional (evidence) paper.

Because when they lawyer up against us, about wanting to get a recount (or in their terms a rescan), they have that fight down to a science.

The emergency ballot issue , may take them off their game a bit, because the old fashioned way, as you said "they are still counting ballots from 2004" just doesn't seem to be working, in our favor.

They may be ahead election night but, at the very least we have ballots stacked up and not hidden in a blackbox, to fight for or with.

Emergency paper ballots, wouldn't fall under their proprietary protection b*lsh*t.

Don't beat me up to bad over this, I'm just thinking out loud.

By the way I have a ballot counting and storage box idea, that is not Proprietary. Its called (SEE-VOTING) OR (C-VOTING) for short.

4. The relative rank is probably a military artifact...
after all, the other thread is under "General" Discussion.

Here in ERD it, maybe, is Corporal or Sergeant Discussion, at best.

Y'think?

2. A very good reason, methinks
Apparently you have a (current) line to Kevin Shelley?

My dealings, and talk, with him were in the months before he resigned. But, my impression was, you could trust his answers if you could convince him to give them.

God knows, he should have the system figured out. Have you tried to ask him for an "opinion" or "his thoughts about this"? (And I don't know how long you've known him. If necessary, I could check back with the contacts who put me in contact. There is a reasonably long history there, if I remember correctly)

After the horseshit that was used to try to hang him high, he certainly is in possession of some very valid "pay back" chits, IMHO.

Perhaps he feels far enough away from the "Breath of the Beast" on his neck, that he might be willing to "chat a bit"?

After all, he wouldn't be turning states evidence or whistleblowing. Just talking with some people who need a trustworthy read from him.

My guess is he would either beg off the question, or give an honest answer.

And in this situation, correct me if I err, what you really want to know (metaphorically) is where, how and when the Elephant plans to shit. Correct?
