Cross posting this from GD. Sounds like a big deal. Check and maybe give it some recs if it seems worth it. The more emphasis we can give this issue, the greater the possibility that the vendors will have a little shame and conscience and not go all out to steal it this time.

on the "vendors" to have "a little shame and conscience" for a fair election, then we are in !HUGH! trouble. If it instills in them a fear of discovery then that might work a little better.
