New Ohio DEM A.G. PROMISED to Investigate Ohio 2004 on 9/30/06, Cleveland
Edited on Wed Nov-08-06 09:52 PM by autorank
I live blogged a conference in Cleveland at the end of September where the Democratic candidate
for Attorney General said, flat out, he would investigate election fraud in Ohio 2004.
He spoke at
"We Count" which consists of real, hard core election activists who to the person think Ohio
was stolen in 2004. GUESS WHAT...Democrat Mark Dann won for Attorney General and the replacement
for Blackwell at Secretary of State (elections) is a DEMOCRAT. oopSSS...lots of good things happened
in Ohio yesterday.

1. OH Democratic Attorney Gen. Candidate - Investigate Electing Fraud

State Senator Dann is running for Ohio A.G. He pointed out that Ohio Bill 3 gives the A.G. direct proctorial authority on prosecuting election fraud.

"If such a crime was committed in Ohio (referring to election fraud in 2004)...you will know what happened. There's a cop on the beat."

He said that he needed to win big when asked if he thought that the election might be rigged.

Lets get this guy elected

On edit: I have TOTAL RESPECT and I am in AWE of Ohio voting rights activists and I
couldn't be happier with the Democrats and the voters of Ohio. You stood in the face
of tyranny and didn't back down.

...and special thanks to VICKI LOVEGREN who is being harassed now for asking for precinct
totals...Vicki organized "We Count" Cleveland and much more...

1. This is just what I was wondering earlier. If they'd go back and
look into Blackwell's 2004 shenanigans. Hell, he gave it a shot this election but he just didn't have the clout he used to have.

12. I'm off to a fun spot in the sun or somewhere...
What an irony isn't it. As I understand it, the legislation that Dann refers to was put in place by Blackwell. If that's not correct, it is so perfectly and ironically just, it should be the case.

Enjoy. It's either Haiti or Amsterdam;)

...along with every single person who fought these people in Ohio.

Ohio was ground zero for the take down of the whole country.

The media called it, briefly, the "new Florida" before the 2004 election.

It was that and much more. It was the new America. Nothing but lies and distortions all day long. Ohioans were probably too busy fighting to see things as I do, a few hundred miles from your state. It was all there. The corruption, the relentless fake elections (the special measures, OMG), the voter suppression, etc. etc. Ohio activists looked into the face of tyranny and and refused to blink or flinch. What a tough crew all of you are. I'm in awe.

13. autorank,
This is wonderful news for Ohio. I am also grateful that Debra Bowen will now be our SOS here in CA.

Maybe we can end the machine sleepovers huh?

17. If they send cheaters to jail, it might make future cheaters think
twice. Diebold and its infamous CEO come immediately to mind as well as Blackwell. Then we can turn our eyes to Florida and Jebbie and Katherine.
