Mary Jo Kilroy (OH-15) not conceding due to high # Absentees + Provisionals:
Mary Jo ran against Deborah Pryce, who many of you will remember her Jan 6, 2006 floor statement on the '04 Ohio election. From an email:

Dear Freinds:

It seems this fight isn't over yet. After a long night and an early morning, I have some information I'd like to share with you.

#1 - The vote difference is less than 3,600

#2 - 20,000 absentee ballots remain uncounted. We anticipate half of these will be in Ohio's 15th district.

#3 - There were 21,000 provisional ballots cast in Franklin County alone. This was confirmed just minutes ago by the Franklin county Board of Elections

#4 - Up to 1/3 of all Ohio State University students were required to cast provisional ballots.

We're going to make sure every vote is counted because every vote counts.

There will be a "Count Every Vote" rally tomorrow, Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 4:00pm at Stecker Lounge on the 3rd floor of the Ohio Union.

Most importantly, I'd like to take this time to say thank you. Without your help, support and committment, we wouldn't have this opportunity. I'm proud of what we've accomplished and look forward to continuing our work together.

I'll keep you updated and we'll celebrate victory soon.

Thanks again,

Mary Jo

3. Good for her! I wonder how long they'll take to count those ballots.
Here in CA, the SOS has 12/5 up on his website for counting provisional ballots.
