Florida Democrat SUES over STOLEN House Election - 17000 milling votes
Sue them until it hurts and then file an election contest in the House of Representatives. Jennings has 30 days to file the contest. Screw this. Blackwell is gone, Katherine Harris gone; now this garbage has to go. ENOUGH ALREADY!!! Democrats unite against election fraud.

Florida House race loser sues

By Bill Kaczor
Associated Press
Published November 21, 2006

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- State officials Monday certified that Republican Vern Buchanan won the House seat being vacated by Republican Rep. Katherine Harris, though the loser immediately sued for a new election, arguing that touch-screen voting machines had malfunctioned.

Democrat Christine Jennings contested her 369-vote loss in the 13th District, asking a judge to order a new election because of problems in Sarasota County, where more than 17,000 voters who cast ballots in other races Nov. 7 failed to vote in the congressional contest.

That rate is nearly six times higher than in the other counties in the congressional district or on Sarasota's paper absentee ballots, Jennings alleges in her legal challenge. Though she lost in the other four counties in the district, Jennings did well in Sarasota County, winning there by a margin of 6 percentage points.

Snip

The lawsuit is not Jennings' final option.

She also could appeal the results to the House, which will be under Democratic control next year.

4. good for her
It would be divine irony at it's finest if this lawsuit blows the cork off all the suppressed info we've been screaming about for years, especially in light of it being creulla's former seat.

Aaand hey. . .I thought you were taking a couple weeks off. LOL

Can't stay away can ya?

8. Certification of this election is the epitome and pinnacle of corruption at its zenith and
Jebbie's lads are rubbing America's nose in this male bovine excrement with relish and aplomb. Hopefully the House will refuse to seat the certified winner.

10. Worst race I have ever looked at
undervotes came from Sarasota county.

16.7% came from ES&S DREs

2.6% came from opscans, scanning paper ballots.

The fact that the under vote is 2.6% for absentee ballots reveals the falacy of the argument that the race was very ugly, turning off voters, thus a whole bunch of people did not vote in the race. How can it be that the nasty campaign only affected voters who voted on touch screen voting machines and not their neighbors that voted on paper? (And it can’t be explained away by any late and particularly vicious ads, since voters were early voting – or 'not voting' according to the results – for two weeks before the election on the touch screen machines as well.)

But it’s actually much worse than most of the media is reporting. The actual under vote in the precincts is 16.17%. The reason the media is reporting 13% is they do not know that the under votes on absentee (paper) ballots is 2.6%. The average (weighted for the greater number of precinct votes) for both absentee ballots and precinct votes is 13%. Absentee voters in Sarasota County voted on paper ballots counted by optical scanners while those who voted at early voting centers and at polling places on Election Day voted on ES&S iVotronic touchscreen voting machines.

16. actually not the worst; lots were worse in 2004, in Florida and Ohio
www.flcv.com/fla04EAS.html Florida
www.flcv.com/ohiosum.html Ohio
www.flcv.com/summary.html lots of places

and more votes swung by undervotes in Florida Att Gen race than in Dist 13 in 2006

But Dist13 race was clearly swung by manipulation
