How can Jennings get a fair audit in D13 race, from highly partisan state officials?

Such comments "definitely raise concerns," said Jennings spokesman David Kochman. "It appears the government is part of the problem, we need to make sure that everyone's vote is counted accurately and we would hope the experts the government looks to are unbiased and nonpartisan."

3. Is the new Congress in January likely to seat Jennings rather than Buchanan, if Florida officials

don't rule Jennings won due to malfeasance and the predominance of evidence
or order a revote?

I think its clear from the evidence, as confirmed by the official Florida audit, and as reported by the Media,

that in a fair and unbiased election and count, Jennings was the winner.

Given this is the clear conclusion based on the predominance of evidence,
would the new "Dem majority" Congress overrule the findings of clearly partisan Florida decision based on official vote counts that are known to be "flawed" ??
