Bullshit on "paper trails". That is only more of the same. No sourcecode PERIOD!

HCPB's are what we've used for CENTURIES!!! Let's go back to the future. Democracy!

1. Throw the damn machines out, now
They are overpriced hunks of plastic crap.

Even if we had to hire people to hand count ballots, it would be cheaper and more accurate then any of these machines ever will be.

That's one knotty conundrum, isn't it? To use machines and software, owned by fierce, vocal and munificent Republican Party partisans, and the secrecy of whose internal constituents, partisan Republican judges have deemed sacrosanct, since apparently based on proprietary rights; in a country in which a significant (though significantly lower) level of electoral fraud and voter suppression has been a consistent historic feature, not even just by Republicans in the former case, and in which criminal voter suppression has even in some cases been implemented by local police forces? Oh, and just IN CASE all these matters were to be addressed and comprehensively RECTIFIED, the machines would inevitably remain vulnerable to hacking, in the unanimous of all computer experts)

Or by opposing, end them....?

That's a tough one.

4. I very much hope the Dems in Congress can get out a transparency
law and make it criminal to play robotcall games on election day..or in the weeks before.
