VOTING IRREGULARITIES. Widespread, documented reports of irregularities and dis- enfranchisement as well as troubling discrepancies between exit polls and tallies have prompted a grass roots movement of millions of Americans to demand that Electronic Voting be scrutinized.

THE GAO INVESTIGATION. After documented voting irregularities surpassed 30,000 & vote tallying errors in Ohio, Florida and North Carolina were off by tens of thousands, Congressmen Conyer, Nadler & Waxler formally requested an urgent investigation by the Government Accountability Office.
