15. I'm Sorry But I Keep Coming Back To This Point.........

when one listens to Randi, Malloy, etc. they make it appear that all the election fraud investigation is going on without the knowledge of the republicans. They say that it is good to keep this under the radar screen of the Republicans.

They seem to imply that if fraud is in fact found that this will be sprung on the repubs and that they will be blindsided and unreactive.

I don't believe that. I feel that the Republicans are planning for that contingency now and will beat any democratic or independent response about vote fraud to death.

They are not going to roll over. They will fight and fight vigorously if and when the shoe is put on the other foot.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not a Rove fan. I just know that he is not one to NOT plan for contingencies - he is a planner.

I'm upset that we seem to be trying to justify Kerry's lack of conviction to count all the votes as "he's really doing something behind the scene". I hope we're just not kidding ourselves. What if in fact he has moved on and "Got Over It" - which seems to be the democratic talking points now (iBegala, McCurry, et al).

If there was any question of vote fraud on Nov 2nd my inclination would have been to get it out there and get it out early before the American People (who are known to be easliy distracted and get bored with the old news of the election)and move on to the new TV season and football.

So when we say the Repugs Have Moved On and they don't know about BBV, Nader/NH, Recounts in OH, FL, etc.

We're doing all this in secret and keeping it from the Repugs. This is all under their radar screen. They're moving on to how to steal the next election; start the next war; grant the next non-bidded contract to Haliburton; figuring out how to get Jeb in the WH in 2008; etc.

We're going to take them by complete surprise when we say there was election fraud and they're going to roll over and let Kerry take over and bring back the troops; stop all wars; give everybody healthcare; put Tom Delay in jail along with the Plame outers, Rummy, Condi, Wolfi, Cheney, Ashcroft, Bush, etc.

Come on - Rove is the consummate Chess player and he is three moves ahead.

If you think Kerry is going to be in a celebratory parade on Jan 20th - I have a electronic voting machine company to sell you in Ohio.

42. Yeah, we probably lost this one but

in time we can prove that this election was stolen. Bush loses his 'mandate' and we can save democracy. Most of us wish that we can turn things around but most likely we can't. We can, however, save the fundamental basis or our country - Democracy.

The computerized systems that are currently in place are wide open to theft. If if we don't expose the problem then it will get worse. 100 years ago the election was more secure because fraud was time-consuming. Right now one person, with the right phone numbers and the right codes can hack the results. As more and more precincts roll over to BBV the potential for fraud will increase. If they stole 5% this time they'll be able to steal 20% by 2006.

The election process is governed by the states. Democracy is stronger on a state level. The individual states make the decisions about which systems to put in place. California has been ahead of the curve in their skepticism of BBV systems. If we expose the election fraud this time and the states are forced to use secure systems as a result then we all win in the long run.

If we can fix this problem then there is hope because Democracy will remain intact. If we throw up our arms in defeat than it's over.

Let your Republican friends know that we are headed toward the system in Saddam's Iraq. Hussein Won 99.96% in 1995, in 2002 it was 100% - he also called it democracy.

Here's some of what I picked up:

-As was said before, she doesn't expect to get "Moneypants" out of office or stop the coronation, but she does hope to create such an outcry that they "pitch all of the voting machines into the nearest body of water".
-the use of this investigation is to have a platform to bring this issue into the mainstream. "We have a moment in time that we have chance to bring this into the mainstream and we are working with a high-powered group of writers, funders, etc that are in the mainstream" "The type of group that one would have expected the Kerry to have brought in", but "They seem to have totally ignored the entire issue of electronic voting"
-Mike asked that if we can't get Bush out, that the issue can be a rallying point for people that still believe in this country to have a platform for future elections. But then pointed out that he doesn't think that the Repugs are going to get kicked out of power like they should be during his lifetime.
-Bev brings up the hypothetical question of what if the Nazi's had gained power that way and points out that she is doing this for her children and grandchildren.
-Being dismissed isn't bad, is allowing us to get our forces in place and spring our guerrilla forces on them when they don't expect it.
-Points out that in OH it isn't about widespread spoilage, although it's high, but they will be looking at individual counties. She pointed out that in minority counties, ballots mysteriously have a way of not having a presidential vote.
-The media is fighting so hard against something that they think is so silly. They are yelling at the top of their lungs about conspiracy theories and picking out the silliest of stats instead of dealing with irregularities.
-Then she goes on about the discovery of the Volusia trashbags/original election tapes. Calls it a three ring circus. Also said how, even after they found the trashbags, someone in Lana Hire's office was trying to box up more register tapes and memos, but Bev's associates went around back where they were trying to ditch them and got them too.
-By the way, the lockdown is for all machines as well as documents. And the tamper-proof tape has Bev's and Hire's signatures on it! LMAO, that's great stuff!
-The next step, Joan says, is an election contest. Helpamericarecount.org is putting together a war chest for the upcoming battles. But atty is saying that federal order is probably not going to happen.
-Then she goes on to talk about the votes being flipped in other counties.
-Then they took callers and some angry woman said that she didn't believe that the people could do anything. And that she didn't have anymore money for something that Joan herself said probably won't get Bush out. The next woman said that we have to save ourselves. Our house is on fire and if Kerry isn't going to come put it out, then we have to do it ourselves.
-Joan ended call with asking for donation to recount fund and asked for anyone who can help in Oh and Fla to email her at [e-mail]

By the way, I have dialup and I got to hear it just fine. Now that this has already been reported, you probably won't get any new info from the interview, but it sure is nice to be able to hear someone talking about it. Although Mike is kind of depressing, lol...
