Edited: I think she said in only one precinct that Bev had the original rolls for, the ones she earlier dug out of the trash, a mostly African-American area, HUNDERDS of votes were FLIPPED from Kerry to Chimpy...

From Kerry to Bush. To make up the difference of 380,000 votes, only 190,000 votes had to be flipped. Remember you are adding to Kerry and taking away from Bush.
