Was there only the 4:00 exit poll? |
|
Sorry I am not understanding the exit polls. Were there other exit polls through out the day? or just the one at 4:00?
Thanks for any info.

1. 2pm, 4pm, then updates called 6pm by some and then later updates |
|
only the 4pm is widely available for free.
the "final" exit poll is not a poll - it is the exit poll with demographic data hit with voting estimates for that demographic - estimates not "completely" determined by sampling the actual voters -that at least get close to the final counted vote.

2. I believe there was one at 1PM. And a later one, around 9 I think. |

But the later ones, the pollsters started "updating" by mixing in actual vote results, so they weren't true exit polls. The academics consider them corrupted.
