DU: They took the elction the whole fucking election.
(DU decides that it's not gonna feel sorry for itself)

DU: Hey what's this lying around shit?

Democratic Party: What the hell are we supposed to do, you morons?

Mainstream Media: Look the election is over, Bush got a mandate.

DU: What? Over? Did you say over? Hey nothing is over until we say it is! Was it over when the German's bombed pearl harbor? Hell no!

Democratic Party: Germans?

Jesse Jackson: Forget it, they're rolling.

DU: And it ain't over now. 'Cause when the going gets tough . . . the tough get going. Who's with me? Let's Go! Come on! AAAAEEEEEGGGHHHH!!

Democratic Party: DU's right. Psychotic, but absolutely right. We gotta take these bastards. Now we could do it with conventional weapons. But that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really bold and brazen gesture be done on somebody's part.

DU: We're just the people to do it.

RALLY FOR A RECOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can't get to Ohio this Saturday, here are some other's that are coming up... http://blog.democrats.com/node/901

1. "Animal House", eh?
I like this part: "Now we could do it with conventional weapons. But that could take years and cost millions of lives."

...

And there is no way that we are as much fun as those (imaginary) frat guys in "Animal House".

My favorite quote from the movie is: "Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son."

And who can forget:

Except for the fat part, do you think that is the speech Daddy gave the Shrub before he propped him up as Governor of Texas? Either way, I see this breaking wide open within a couple of weeks...

Illuminaughty, I saw the rallies in KC on the website that I posted. You guys are awesome! Keep it up!

3. Mo Fo, you just flipped me out
Sorry, to be over dramatic, but I have been saying those lines in Animal House in my head all day. But I was thinking about me giving that speech and then my lame friends that did not follow as I thought they would, just as in the movie when he ran out alone.

But that's ok, we have a great group here in K.C. and we were in the streets yesterday. Even got covered by local NBC affiliate.
