Regarding the Ohio Challenge
Are we going to find anything out today about the big challenge in court? If so, when?

Could today be the day where our dreams either come true, or a mercilessly crushed? I'm so nervous right now, it feels like election day all over again.

2. Not a big deal
This is a ruling on one very small republican county. If the recount is going to happen it will happen regardless of what happens in this case

3. We're still waiting on Blackwell to certify the main vote
as well as the court thing. But I think we should hear about the court situation today or tomorrow since they are hearing about it today.

"George Bush's victory in the US presidential election will be challenged in Ohio's supreme court today, when a group of Democratic voters will allege widespread fraud."

The Ohio vote cert has to happen by Monday at the latest, and unfortunately I think Blackwell will stall until then to make the recount time shorter.

So our weeks of waiting, researching, and hashing out scenarios should be coming to a head real soon. THINK GOOD THOUGHTS!!!!!

4. I believe Ohio state law
requires him to certify no later than Dec 3rd which is Friday. The provisional and absantee counting has to be done today Dec 1st, of that i am sure.

5. So is this judge
one of the two democrats? I hope so.

It's funny, and won't happen, but theoretically, Kerry could be declared President-elect today.

6. If you are talking about the Supreme Court
the odds would be no. The court makeup is 5R 2D. Don't put too much stock in that outcome. The least likely scenario (Decree a new winner) is highly improbable considering there is no proof that 130,000 votes were misapropriated. Most likely, they won't touch it

7. I'm kicking this
because I'm still sitting on the edge of my seat here! Is there any chance we will find anything out today?
