Ohio Provisional ballot spoilage can Blackwell be held responsible?
Remember it was Blackwell that tried to stop registration of voters right before the end date of registering voters in Ohio by complaining people can not be registered cause of the 80lb paper law. All the voters who are being spoiled because they were not registered leaves me to believe that it could be partly responsible to the stunt he pulled before voting even started.

1. Watch your terminology
A spoiled ballot is one where for any of a number of reasons ie voter screwed up, changed mind, marked the wrong box etc etc a bollot is discarded and a new fresh ballot is issued for the person to vote. Spoiled ballots are of no consequence, they are garbage and are replaced by a poll worker

4. which from my point of view Blackwell did everything he could
to cause this to happen. First, Punch Cards were used in Ohio allowing hanging chads. Second, long lines were created to cause voters problems and stress. Third, voters were challenged to cause even more stress to them.

3. Going to mention Blackwell on Crossfire next...
Begalla said something about some people are trying to "hold up" the recounting process. Crossfire is on now.

5. No. The provisional count and (possible) GLIB recount
will be done on the county level, putting a layer of insulation between himself and the counts.
