Poll question: Who do you PREDICT will get killed on Lost before the season ends?
Edited on Sun Dec-12-04 03:36 PM by Bombtrack
If anyone is a 10th as into this show as me you know that they've said someone of the 15 speaking characters will die before the end of the season. Who do THINK it will be. Not want, think. Here is the order of who I think it will be from most to least likely.

JACK
(Cause they originally scripted for him to die within a couple episodes, and they'd get mucho praise for their guts in killing THE main character)

BOONE
(Cause he made that comment about "red shirts" getting killed first and it could be foreshadowing. Also he serves little purpouse)

LOCKE
(Cause Boone made that comment to Locke, and some writer or someone has said that a MAJOR character will die, and a less major one will take over for them. Could be Boone or Michael taking over for Locke.)

JIN
(Cause killing him would easily free up Sun for relationships with other male characters, particularly Michael. He also serves little purpouse other than yelling at Sun and trying to kill Michael.

CLAIRE
(Cause there would be a strong possibility of her dying in childbirth, or being found dead by killing from Ethan)

SAWYER
(Because dying saving the day would permanantly redeem him from being an a-hole.)

SHANNON
(Because she's bitchy and annoying, and serves no purpouse so far other than looking fine.)

MICHAEL
(Because it seems like his kid has "wishing" powers, and maybe he wishes his dad to die or something, and then Locke takes over for him)

OTHER:

Sun, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Rose (older black woman), Walt, Vincent the dog, Charlie (permanantly)

NONE:

They'll say that Charlie "died" and then came back to life already

4. What I think.... **Spoiler** I guess?
I think it was Charlie. He was dead, but Jack brought him back. I think they were being tricky. But thats just me... and maybe I'm just delusional. lol

I was realllllllllllllllllllllllllllly happy they didn't really kill him though! I love the hobbit! hehe :)

7. I hadn't thought of the Charlie angle...
Although that would be the perfect way to throw the audience for a loop. "Someone's gonna die...someone's gonna die...see? He died...but through a miracle, he came back!"

If that's not it, I think it will probably be whichever actor opts out of their contract because they got better offers.

8. I think it'll be Jack....
The guy who runs this show, David Fury, used to work for Buffy, the Vampire Slayer. That show was the best at being gutsy enough to kill off main characters.

Of course, on Buffy, most people didn't stay dead! :-)

10. I think the thing about the island is that you can't die. So I think...
...everyone will die once (or twice if you believe they all died in the crash already), but nobody will actually die.

13. My vote
I voted for Claire, though I really like her character. Jack bores me, and I'd most like to see him killed off, though I doubt that they will do it. I like the secondary characters more than Jack and Kate, though I wouldn't mind to see her paired up with Sawyer!

I wouldn't be surprised if Jin was killed off, either. It's got to be someone that we really like.

Last week, when Charlie was killed, I was thinking that there was no way he would die. About thirty seconds into his death, I started second guessing that feeling, then I freaked out for seconds until they revived him! I love my little hobbit, and I really hope that they don't kill him off anytime soon!

14. I hope the whole cast!!!
The whole show is overrated: derivative with cliched camera angles and no forward narrative drive. :puke:
