Lotta stuff about evolution, creationism and intelligent design |
|
lately.
As I understand it some creationists believe that God created the world in a week and it's only a few thousand years old.
The evolutionists point to the carbon dated fossils and say it is millions of years old.
The creationists say that God put that evidence there so that true believers could see it, reject it and believe by faith alone.
I think they are both right.
The earth really is millions of years old, but God created the creationists complete with history, memories and everything last April first just to stir things up.

1. What stuns me about those morons is... |

They scream evolution is wrong, but ask them about dinosaur bones and they have no real answer. I had one guy tell me I don't know. Thought that was interesting. How come no dinosaurs in the Bible fundies?

I saw a picture of a fiberglass dinosaur at the creationist museum in Kentucky? with a saddle on it! They contend that man and the dinosaur lived side by side until the flood wiped them and the unicorns out.
Of course you must remember the "proof" of Alley Oop and Fred Flintstone, Godzilla, etc.? See how easy it is to suspend reality

4. actually, according to theology, this god supposedly granted |
|
free will to human beings that he created. They, those zealot believers, seem to be abusing their free will and seem to think that this supposed omnificient, all powerful, all knowing god needs human help in order to survive-- so weak is he in getting his message out.
Not only that, but supposedly they think that hurting others is the will of this god. I suggest it is their abuse of free will--they are the ones who are exercising a false belief in order to satisfy their immoral concepts--that is, to hurt other human beings--yea even to kill them to help this all powerful omnificient god, who is not capable, apparently, of doing anything without their help and who really wants to kill people, badly.
After all, he did kill almost all, save a few, his own creations in the biblical flood because he did not like what he himself had created.
I would say, he is indeed a vengeful and hateful god who is impotent without hateful human beings to help his vengeful cause.

6. That's the Old Testament God, |
|
the new Testament God is a cosmic fluff ball full of huggies for everyone.
I particularly enjoy the cutesy angels that show up all over the place. Read the Old Testament and an Angel isn't something you'd want to meet. New Testament angels are few and far between, but still not the nicest entities.
