One of those "May 21 2011 End of the World" billboards. Turns out some Brazilian followers of that loon Harold Camping are putting these up.

Translation:
"The Day of Judgment - May 21, 2011"
"Cry strongly to God for His mercy" (maybe He has a hearing problem)
"The Bible guarantees this!"

discussing what happens when their doomsday prophesies fail.

One cult decided their faith was so strong, their alien gods took pity on the world.

The Christian doomsday cults usually say they forgot to calculate something from the Holy Bible. They usually set a new date after the previous date fails to work out.
