The husband is the actor, Doug Hutchinson. The bride is Courtney Alexis Stodden, variously described as "an aspiring country singer" and "aspiring pop singer." She has been a Casablanca model since age 12 and entered the Miss Universe contest at 15.

In fact, Courtney’s father, who at 47 is four years younger than his new son-in-law, even went so far as to tell RadarOnline.com that: “Every father can only pray to have such a man behind their daughter.”

Oh. So they're liberal Xians, then - and it won't just be the missionary position...

Krista also said her daughter was a “good Christian girl,” who was a “virgin when she married Doug.” The proud mom also slammed reports that her daughter has had plastic surgery: "She is a beautiful girl. She has real breasts, real lips, she's not plastic."

Jeez, lady, I'm still trying to figure out what kind of plastic your head is made of.

Musical scholars may recall that similar affairs killed the career of Jerry Lee Lewis, and sent Chuck Berry off to the slammer on a Mann Act violation. And I know for a fact that Jerry Lee is a good Xian. He's especially fond of quoting Revelation 3:16 - So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
