4. And for someone who claims to care about cheating you sure don't seem to mind that the Cowboys did.
Save the smile. I hate the shit you're pulling. It's the same junior high shit that cboy pulled, and what's worse is that you know it. You wanted evidence and got it, from multiple sources. You single out one link to complain about, hoping no one will notice how valid all the others were.

You bitch about the Pats cheating, but when Jimmy Johnson admits he did the exact same thing, suddenly saying it live on Fox fucking Sports isn't a good enough source for you.

Be a man and tell us how you excuse the Cowboys, or be a man and tell us how you'll hold them in the same light you hold the Patriots, both admitted cheaters and all. Pick a side and stand for something, either being honest or being an idiot. At least be something other than a coward.

5. Huh?
You have yet to provide a credible link to the "comment" from Jimmy Johnson. A discussion board is not a credible link.

Since you are providing links either to discussion boards or Macaca's Dad, what the fuck am I supposed to believe.

BTW, these are cboy type comments...

"It's the same junior high shit that cboy pulled,"

"either being honest or being an idiot"

"At least be something other than a coward"

6. Do you really believe this is all just made up?
Do you really believe he didn't say those words on WFAN, or on Fox Sports? Do you really believe that entire conversations with him have just been completely fabricated? Honestly now, is that what you really think?

8. So the answer is yes, you do think all these people are lying.

For the record, the link doesn't work to the original interview, as stated here...

Mike Florio discussed Spygate on ProFootballTalk.com back on February 23rd, 2008 (the link directly to the article doesn’t work, presumably because of the switch to NBCSports

Here's the link...that doesn't work lol.

http://www.wfan.com/topic/play_window.php?audioType=Episode&audioId=1036042

http://www.examiner.com/x-1324-New-England-Patriots-Examiner~y2009m7d2-Memo-to-New-England-Patriots-haters-Its-time-to-drop-the-whole-Spygate-thing

But you can believe that the Fox Pregame quote was never uttered, you can believe that Mike Francesca is full of shit, and you can believe that the Boston Herald entirely made up it's transcript of the WFAN interview with Johnson.

And you can believe that the DallasNews also fell for the fake story...

So he stole signals?

"Oh in a heartbeat, yeah. Yes I did," Johnson said, before confirming it was done via video.

"Oh yeah, I did it with video and so did a lot of other teams in the league," Johnson continued. "Just to make sure that you could study it and take your time, because you're going to play the other team the second time around. But a lot of coaches did it, this was commonplace."

He then detailed how he learned: "I was saying one of Marty Schottenheimers scouts, Mark Hatley, who has passed away now, Mark told me that's how they did it, and Howard Mudd their offensive line coach with Kansas City, who now coaches for Tony Dungy, he was the best in the entire league at stealing signals."

And his methods: "My guy was up with my camera crew in the press box. So you'd just put an extra camera up with your camera crew in the press box who zoomed in on the signal callers. That's the best way to do it, but anyway you can't always do that because the press box camera crew might be on the same side as the opposing team. If they're on the same side as the opposing team that's when you need to do it from the sideline."

So no, I guess I have no link. I guess you showed me who the smart one is!

9. Now why was that so difficult, cboy. You actually posted one link, while
also trying to posting the local toilet paper rag. Sheesh.

...

All that said, Johnson believes the league acted justly in punishing the Patriots. But not because of the videotaping, but rather in their defiance of a 2006 league memo that was geared to clear up any gray area in the rules and stop these practices.

"He was wrong for doing it for the simple reason that the league knew this was going on not just in New England but around the league," Johnson said. "And the league sent out the memorandum to all of the teams saying you cannot do this. And so that's when Bill Belichick was wrong. After he got the memorandum saying don't do it any more, he did it."

...

Once again, you continue to use the excuse that "everyone else was doing it", when he was told not to do it.

Sheesh!

See ya tomorrow!

10. I see. You don't believe Johnson said the other things, but this quote you believe?
Edited on Fri Aug-14-09 01:16 AM by Forkboy

Everything you posted there is irrelevant to the point at hand between us (though i agree with it all). Did Johnson admit that he cheated? Please tell me how what you quoted has anything to do with that?

What's really funny is that all night you've been bitching about me using the "everyone else was doing it" defense, and when confronted with Jimmy Johnson admitting that he did the same thing what do you do? You quote something about how others were doing what Johnson did, busting out the "other teams did it, too" schtick as a defense.

Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow.
