Mike Vick's signing is bad news for Cowboys
According to Dallas Morning News columnist, Jean-Jacques Taylor,

Vick, a dynamic player before missing the past two seasons because of his illegal involvement in a dog fighting ring, makes Philadelphia better because he gives them a proven backup for Donovan McNabb.

Andy Reid is also a creative offensive mind who will get the best out of Vick. McNabb ran the ball quite a bit early in his career, so Reid understands how to maximize a mobile quarterback's talents.
