I was there for an away game in the european cup last summer and i could see that fans were moving freely between sections in the stadium etc. The prevailing attitude is that the fans rule the terraces, and the police are just making sure they dont invade the pitch. There are huge fences with barbed wire on top all around the stadium. The film is shot from the grandstand, which is quite safe. The curve to the left is the really rowdy section.
