Any other cities have Pride Night at the ballpark? |
TORONTO (CP) - Former Kids in the Hall star Scott Thompson will throw out the ceremonial first pitch as part of Blue Jays Pride Night on June 23, when Toronto hosts the Baltimore Orioleshttp://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Baseball/MLB/Toronto/2005/06/08/1077705-cp.htmlThe times they are a'changin'. but thats very nice, anyhow I hope we beat you guys that night but thats a very cool gesture by the Jays. When I was at the game last night, there was a large union contingent at the game and a member of the UFCW, my former union sang the national anthem, a different local of course.

3. Watch out! Looks like Halladay will be pitching that night. |
Y'all swept us last time the teams met, n'est-ce pas?
We need to pick up a least a couple of games in this series. After a really crappy long road trip we're beginning to lose the battle for 3rd place with the Yankmes.

We're capable of it you know. I hope you guys regain the battle for third place though, Yankees gah still hate them even though I really havent had reason to fear them.

5. Hell, the Brewers lit him up in the first this afternoon. |
He recovered well, but we didn't get the offence to make up for it.
Wednesday, the O's will be facing the Jays other decent starter Chacin, but Monday and Tuesday are gonna be a really bumpy ride for the home team.

6. Oh yeah I remember Chacin, he got off to a good start |
You guys should be counting your blessings that Bedard is still out, though I think you will see Hayden Penn who could be if he works at it, a good pitcher.
