as when my boss in Boston did it to me when the Red Sox won last year. When the Yankees were in last place early this year he wrote me to rub it in every hour.
But when you're new at winning, I understand. The hatred and jealousy built up for so many years is hard to let go of.
For the last 3 years, I have said that the Red Sox had more talent than any other team but couldn't pull it together or had bad coaches. Last year was the first time you didn't choke. Or maybe the Yankees were just weary of winning so much.

Yeah, Steinbrenner really strikes me as a guy who gets bored of winning.
If you guys don't make the playoffs this year, the Boss is going to dig up Billy Martin so he can fire him again.

apparently so.
sorry to generalize but just about EVERY yankee fan has acted like an ASS this year. guess the comeback hurt you all more than "26" has hurt us.

Sorry, I didn't know there were Red Sox threads or any other team specific threads. Don't think I've ever been on Sports - just caught it on the top page.
