Anyone watching the PGA?

Final round got rained out just a few holes short of the finish. It's on right now, down to the final hole, a 3 way tie
Mickelson, Elkington, Bjorn,

3. Mickelson just birdied 18th to win it
I'm glad.
Glad Davis Love III didn't win it. I hate that phony.

6. He talks "civility" but he flips bird at the gallery & gets away w/ it

Davis Love got a fan ejected last year for calling out "No Love" after Davis hit his shot. He was interviewed about it later and starting talking about civility and that's what George Bush is trying to restore in this country.

This year he flipped the bird at a spectator who clapped after he made a short 3rd putt -- Davis probably heard something he didn't like -- maybe a chuckle. The PGA was shown pictures of him flipping the bird and Love claimed he was scratching his nose.

So he is a typical rightwing hypocrite. Talks one game, gets away with breaking the same rules.

15. I messed up.
It WAS DLIII who preached about Bush trying to restore civility after DLIII got the guy ejected for saying "No Love".

It WASN'T DLIII who flipped the guy off this spring and claimed he was scratching his nose. My bad. That was Phil Toms.

But I still despise DLIII. "Shock and Awe" is not civility.

10. Thanks, I didn't know this.
Did I also hear on tv that Mickelson and his wife bought back-to-school clothes for about 1,000 kids? That's nice. Hate that it was WalMart, but that's nice.

11. they also support a math and science academy
which is good stuff. I love the fact that so many wealthy players have charities, like Tiger, but why have a charity to support Golf, for the love of Old Tom? make a difference somewhere.

12. Golf can be a great character builder
but the reality is that most kids who really need it can't afford to play. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me either.
