Yahoo has the Mets going to the WS from the National League |
|
Their preview, if they took it down, as the Yankees, White Sox and Mets the top three teams.
I'm a Mets fan. . .I am not getting my hopes up yet. I've seen too many crappy seasons with good teams. I may have a good feeling about this season, but I am not sold until August and we have a 10 to 15 game lead.
But I would like to see another Mets World Series!

2. As a Mets fan, I'll keep on betting on the Braves |

until they actually lose their division.
Fool me twice... won't get fooled again.

It wouldn't shock me this year. Quite frankily my team not winning the division would spare me having to deal with another pathetic playoff outing. . .
of course knowing how the world works we'll get the wild card and end up winning the W.S that way instead. Which will make my head explode.
In any case "claps hands" it's getting closer and closer . . . soon the fun will begin ;).

our starting pitching sucks, and our bullpen will not be as good as people think. Pedro will brek down, Glavine will get old, Delgado will hit less home runs and make more errors and Carlos Beltran will continue being the most overrated player in baseball. Why the Mets signed this loser I have no idea. He doesn't do ANYTHING exceptionally well. $120 million for someone who hits .250 with 15 HRs and 75 rbi's. Yeah, that makes sense.
