1. The Big East is underrated |
|
People tend to think of it as a basketball conference, which in fairness it is much stronger at than football, but they're not slouches. SEC fans can howl all they want, but the Big East champion beat the SEC champion in last years bowl game, and the SEC and the Big East have the best non-conference records. The assumption that a 1 loss SEC team is better than a 0 loss Big East team doesn't really fly, I don't think.
Quite a leap for Louisville. I hope they don't get utterly smoked in the National Championship game, should they make it there.

5. They are underrated? Maybe that's why they are playing on |
|
thursday night instead of Saturday afternoon. Yes the SEC can howl. WV, Louisville, Rutgers may win bowl games but they could not survive a season in the SEC.
Just a little basketball news. Three of the five AP preseason first team All America Basketball players are from the SEC. And gosh, the SEC is a football conference.

10. We'll never know that unless they play |
|
What you are saying is impossible to prove. Unless two teams play each other it is all speculation.
