Well, it looks to me like the real tossup is Arsenal-Liverpool. Chelsea and Barcelona got it easy and Man U should go through against Roma.

1. yeah, the big guys win again

it would have been great to see Schalke 04 and Fenerbahce with one guaranteed to the semis, you know?

ManU-Roma is tougher than you might think, especially given the hooligan angle and history there. and you know Roma is still smarting over that 7-0 spanking last year.

but for my money the semis are:

ManU-Liverpool (the Reds always seems to overperform in Champions League and Arsenal will be focused too much on the EPL)
Fenerbahce-Barca (Chelsea is just plain bad right now, their big game tactics are awful, and a man can dream, right?

which gives us the dream matchup: Barca-ManU.
