I spent the whole evening listening to music. I didn't find out that they won until about an hour ago (which would have been 2pm, to the rest of you) when my friend told me.

12. I actually watched the game tying base hit

My first glimpse of baseball this season. That was an excellent at bat, fighting off one pitch after another before delivering the clutch hit. It didn't influence me to stick with the game, but I'll be able to say I verified that baseball was contested in 2008.
