It comes down to how the 3 teams did against the next best team, Cal.

OSU and USC beat the Bears, UO lost to them. They're out of the running leaving USC and OSU. Back to a two way tie.

Since OSU beat USC, they're in the Rose Bowl.


It won't happen, I don't think on their worst day USC loses to this UCLA team, but it would be funny for the Beavs to get one over on the Ducks this way.
