Just thought I'd ask.

1. How about Naaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy. Did you know that the X-Games also has drug testing?
Sure. They test you for drugs and if you are not on any, they kick you out.

2. A BIG ix-nay here ,Capt.
I can tolerate them during the Olympics. Some good stuff. But, I don't seek them out.

3. I am struck by how much fun the athletes appear to be having.
I don't go looking for them, but I will watch if I come across it.

5. I agree.
The sports themselves aren't really my thing - but it seems to me that the Games are the essence of what sport is supposed to be about: fun, camaraderie, healthy competition, and pushing the limits of what was thought to be possible.

They would be more interesting, though, if they didn't have them every single year. And if they didn't have such a silly name as the "X Games".

4. Nay
I prefer real, established team sports...much of the X Games is oriented towards children.

I loved Mookie Wilson.

8. I still love Mookie. He's a good man...
and I hope I've raised his profile here.

I just felt like a change. I'm not sure why.

Keep loving Mookie!

ps. When the Mets hired Rickey Henderson to coach base running, I sent an e-mail to George Vescy of the NYT complaining about it. He felt the same way, but noted that Mook got tired of all the travel associated with baseball. Can't says I blame him.

10. Oh, nay.
I don't like sports with judging.

(Except for NCAA Gymnastics...heheh.)
