Jason Giambi admits steroid use |

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=1936592Not much of a shock. The Yankees will obviously look to void his contract. They won't be successful.

Thank God Billy Beane was wise enough to let him go. We didn't need him in Oakland anyway.
I love it. 120 million down the crapper for Steinbrenner.

It has become a national travesty. No one cares about cheating anymore. Barry Bonds, the poster boy for BALCO, was named MVP. What an embarassment.
Maybe this is all the shrubs fault as well. Everything else he has touched has turned to crap.

4. Steroids in baseball long pre-dates Bush |

Ken Caminiti was doing them in the mid 90's and I'm sure they were being used years before that.

5. Player's edge==hypocrisy |
|
One of the chief objection to steroid use in baseball is a steroid user's unfair physical advantage. The hypocrisy of this---esp in BASEBALL where one team is allowed to spend as much as 8 times more on players than another team.
Guess you could say that the Yankees are like the steroid team and the Expos are the steroid-free team.
