Five, Five, Nickle Five. 1954 was the last time the NY Giants actually
won a World Series Championship. Can't ever recall the San Francisco Giants ever winning a World Series Championship!

Normally I don't talk smack. As a matter of fact, I tend to avoid it.

I don't know where the "two" Giants fans in here get off thinking they are in position to laugh at anyone.

Personally, if one was gonna try and go for bragging rights, I don't see the point in going after a team with 16 straight losing seasons. Kinda lame if you ask me. Not to mention sadistic as it completely sucks to go through something like that. Kudos to those who stick through it!!!!

That takes guts. Pirates fans have proven real troopers.

3. It's really sad seeing you support a 55 year losing team without
your twin.

My lord!!!

That's before cable television and home gaming consoles.

30 years ago wasn't exactly yesterday and now Pittsburgh has deteriorated to arguably the worst franchise in professional sports.

4. Compared the Giants the Mets are a model franchise for the league
The Mets have won two world series since your last win in 54.

If that franchise is full of chokers what does that make the Giants?

Oh yeah!!!!

LOSERS!!!!

6. True or false?
The Mets have a recent history of choking in September? ...Chokers, even Mets fans call them chokers. Belly up to the bar and at least admit your team's failings.

7. I don't deny their chokes
Are you trying to say that the Giants 55 years without a championship makes them the superior franchise?

8. Belly up to the bar, upton, since you are a supporter of a team that
bailed on their ORIGINAL fan base.

OTOH, the NY "baseball" Giants have seen one also, 55 years ago.

12. And again, you have no room to talk about teams bailing on any cities
considering you're completely confused about which cities you support.

One day your a Celtics fan, the next day a Pirates fan, the next day a Cowboys fan. From one end of the country to the next, it's anybody's guess who madinmaryland could be cheering for next.

16. Classic, isn't it! Getting called a Loser by a fan of a team that has
seen three World Series Championships by his team (The Pirates, no less)!

I guess that classifies you as a LOSER!

11. Of course you normally talk smack. That's all you do whether it's trying
to convince me that the New York Islanders are actually better than the San Jose Sharks. :eyes:

Or, you're trying to convince me that because the Mets had a better record against the World Champion Phillies last year, it's their golden ticket to the world series this season.

You've already called for the firing of your manager.

I agree, the Mets are an overpriced choking disgrace.
