White House: Immigration Controls Working
Edited on Mon Jan-05-09 01:50 PM by LeftHander
WASHINGTON D.C. - White House spokesman announced that the secret plan to curb illegal immigration to the United States is working wonders. The spokesman said that the best way to protect our borders was to "Make the United States a economically undesirable place for poor people to live." The recent collapse of the economy and pending double digit unemployment will combine to be the "one-two punch" that will bring illegal entry to a crawl.

This findings is corroborated by observations at the nation's borders.

Border guards along the southwest border are already seeing a decline in numbers. "We see more people going to Mexico now." Says one border guard who wished to remain anonymous. "Yes, they come at dusk and head for the numerous manufacturing plants now operating just across the border. We don't stop them, going or coming back. We tell them it is okay to drive across at a border checkpoint and that they don't have to swim across the river."

The White House also announced a plan to fill in the Rio Grande river to make it easier for Americans to cross the border to jobs in Mexico.

(oops was to go to GD oh well....)
