China Loosens Restrictions On Gay Web Sites
(Beijing) Access has been restored to China's largest gay website following a damning international human rights report that accused the Communist government of preventing gays from getting information on HIV/AIDS and learning about safe-sex.

The site, gaychinese.net, is on a server outside of the country but Chinese government censors blocked it from being viewed inside China.

Look, even China is starting to loosen anti-gay laws. Why won't US Citizens step up to the plate?
