I have a thing about food colors.
Besides that, man would that be a pain in the ass to make. 6 pans, 6 batches of batter. Whoa.
I'll buy a flag and stick it in the top.

7. Well, then it would be a 7 layer cake. And seven is a godly number. Not like that sinful 6. |
|
So we sinful GLBTers aren't allowed to have 7 layer cakes. :P

13. I would be very tempted to find a flavor for each layer |
|
They'd have to be fruity.
Seriously - nothing else would taste right together - get some cherry, orange, lemon, lime, berry, grape, that kind of thing.
Come to think of it, that's grosser than gross. I think I'll leave the cake alone.

15. I Can't Wait to Make This Cake! |
|
I've been on a cake-making tear for nearly a year now, since I discovered a box called the Cake Mix Doctor (I HIGHLY recommend it). I'm going to make a trial version of this cake for a game night this Saturday, and if all goes well, I'll make another for a gay bar reunion the following Saturday. Thanks for posting this!
