Australia Issues Warning To Gays Traveling To Singapore
http://www.365gay.com/newscon05/08/080105singapore.htm

The Australian government Monday issued a warning to gays traveling to Singapore that they could face imprisonment if they are caught having gay sex.

Singapore is a popular destination for Australians but the Southeast Asian city-state of 4.2 million considers gay sex as "an act of gross indecency," punishable by a maximum of two years in jail.

The country also has banned Asia's largest gay-themed party, Nation '05, from its shores. The event has been moved to Thailand. (story)
