Write, on paper and copy every member of their governing boards, financiers, managers, AND a public well read website, AND local LTTEs.

So . . . eBay - has a Board of Directors that is very public.

If you want to give someone a piece of your mind - that's a scolding and it won't mean anything. If you want to embarrass them and annoy them and make them have to address their shortcomings, write to the people who have to work with them and who have a reputation that association could hurt.
