I was listening to one of my local NPR stations Sunday and heard about this bill.

I know that we have at least one binational couple on here that has been affected by the discriminatory policies of the federal governments.

I need to send off a letter to DiFi and let her know that I'm not happy she's not a co-sponsor of this.

2. This is the PPIA renamed!

This is the bill that Jerry introduced into Congress years ago called the Permanent Partners Immigration Act. A couple of years ago they changed the name and gave it a revamp as they introduced a second bill into the Senate.

Thanks for the effort in trying to get people to write to their reps though. It is truly appreciated.

4. I notice a few Dems who cosponsored in the past haven't this time.

Upsetting, but maybe they just haven't heard from their constituents on this like they had with the PPIA, so feedback is important.
