NEWS ITEM: Major movie promoting homosexuality is failing at box office. Viewers of the recent movie blockbuster movie “Alexander”, about the exploits of Alexander the Great, are treated to essentially soft-core gay porn, portrayed him as a homosexual in love with other men. More Hollywood pro-gay activism. But apparently the public isn't buying this propaganda at all.

NEWS ITEM: Homosexuals lose legal push in Nevada to have different male-female dress requirements declared "sex discrimination. The "Lambda Legal Defense Fund", a wealthy homosexual legal group that gets involved in "transgender" issues, attempted to sue a major Las Vegas casino that fired a woman who refused to wear makeup while working with the public –saying that men didn’t have to, so neither should women. This is the gay movement's attempt to stop "sexual stereotypes" in society through court rulings—one of their goals. Expect more of this; they’re not giving up this easily.

NEWS ITEM: Public pornography: the next big push for the homosexual movement. For those of you who think that "gay marriage" is the end of the line, think again. This op-ed article in the Boston Globe was incredibly shocking. A calm, well thought out argument for legally allowing pornography to flow as much as it wants into the public arena, and asserting that those who work against that are simply closed-minded Puritans (does this sound familiar?). Unless we do something, this is the future.

=== 1. Well, where have we been these last few weeks? ===

Unfortunately, we haven't been resting and taking it easy. We've been preparing for the upcoming legislative session, catching up on months of paperwork, cleaning up the office, doing research, etc.

But most of all, the high school "gay day" issue (see below) has taken up an enormous amount of time, especially with the media that contacted us; we're still doing radio interviews across the country. Once this got going, there’s been no stopping it!

Nevertheless, even though it takes several hours to get these emails together and sent, a lot of you have asked that we keep sending them. So...in this case we’re willing to bow to pressure!

=== 2. MUST READ: Two Article 8 / PRC Parents make national news exposing taxpayer-funded "Transgender Bisexual Gay and Lesbian" Day at their kids' high school. ===

Are we still living in a free country???

The public schools' worst nightmare these days is for the public to find out about the explicit homosexuality they're teaching our kids, using taxpayer dollars. When two parents showed up at an all-day series of homosexuality forums at their children's high school this past Dec. 15, it got so bizarre that one of them pulled out a video camera and started filming. Almost immediately, the principal made them leave the auditorium, and called three police squad cars to remove them from the school!

Over the next few days this outrageous story made the Boston Herald, all the major Boston TV and radio stations, and solid coverage on WorldNetDaily. Then it made the national Fox TV show, "The O'Reilly Factor" and other national radio shows. One of the parents, Brian Camenker, was on the Michael Reagan show (son of the late President), and Michael Reagan was so moved by this that he offered to give him a tour of the Reagan Ranch in California!

Click here for a full report, including the handouts given to the kids – and letter to the editor by the principal defending the program and comparing the parents to Nazis!
http://www.article8.org/nnhs_gay_day.htm

Just how bad was it? In just the first hour and a half, here's some of what the parents witnessed:

· A female adult school counselor who described how the school wants to make students feel safe to act out as homosexuals, bisexuals, transgenders (???), etc. "We're making society easier for GLBT youth to be who they are," she said.

· A boy who talked about his experiences at summer camp, describing how he "freaked out" his "Christian" cabin-mate by telling him how he enjoyed kissing other boys. He added that the Bible and Koran actually approve of homosexuality.

· A woman who said her son "came out" as a homosexual describing how wholeheartedly she approves of his homosexuality, and that she tries to counsel other parents in that situation who are very upset, telling them "it's really OK."

· A girl who talked about how wonderful it is that her "two moms" could now get legally married in Massachusetts, because "marriages are made of love".

· An adult male school counselor who described at length how he "came out" as a homosexual by going to Taiwan and having affairs with males there. He stressed how important it is to feel free to come out if you feel different. "It's just where your hormones lead you to," he said. He asked for a show of hands of kids who've ever felt "different." "You may not admit it to yourself," he told the kids. "But unless you do something about it, it just hangs and rots inside of you...For me, coming out was an extremely hard process." He added, "I want to reach kids at 12-13 years old. I want to be supportive."

· A track coach and counselor who talked about how his brother who was 10 years older was a role model to him. The brother came out as a homosexual in high school, so he also came out in high school. "Being gay is just one part of my life," he added. Then he described how he fell in love with his sister's husband.

And just remember: the taxpayers paid for this, courtesy of Gov. Romney and the Massachusetts Legislator, who continue to kowtow the gay lobby by budgeting money for homosexual programs in the public schools.

=== 3. Fundraising progress - how things are going... ===

Many of you received an email from Amy at Article 8, (click here to see it) which outlined our situation, what we've done, where we're going, and what the challenges are before us.
http://www.article8.org/docs/a8_updates/A8_Amy_041212.htm

We're happy to say that a LOT of you have come forward. Since the email went out on Dec. 15:

· As of today we've received $8,250.00 in donations!! THIS IS GREAT!

· Our goal by Jan. 12 is $20,000. EVERYONE'S HELP IS REALLY APPRECIATED!

Right now, the homosexual groups are raising tons of money to push their agenda even further this year -- in the schools, and particularly in the legislature. For example, the "Massachusetts Gay and Lesbian Political Caucus" has just announced that they've received a "$100,000 challenge pledge" from a wealthy donor to the homosexual movement, to get matching donations.

(Unfortunately, as many of you know, one of the reasons our side struggles so much across the country is that wealthy "conservative" donors tend to give money to either politicians or "safe" groups like think tanks or “policy” groups – rather than activist groups that roll up their sleeves and get things done. So that's why YOUR donations are SO important in this fight.)

=== 3. New MA legislative session to start next week. ===

On January 2, it all starts again.

We’ve done our best to get our ducks in order. Our bills are filed and our sponsors, co-sponsors, and supporters in the Legislature are in place (more on that in the next email). But make no mistake: the homosexual movement will be out like never before, pushing and intimidating -- unless we're there to stop them! Stay tuned.

AS WE’VE BEEN SAYING ALL ALONG – IT’S UP TO THE PEOPLE NOW! THIS CAN AND WILL BE WON.

But your help is still needed. We can't do this without YOUR support.

6. Yes, Brian Camenker
He and his band of about six "concerned parents" try to manufacture a "they're teaching our kids to be gay" faux-crisis every two to three years. Used to encounter the jerk all the time when I lived in Massachusetts.

7. Uuummmmm . . . a "nutjob?" He's as crazy as it gets w/o a padded cell
Uuummmmm . . . a "nutjob?"

He's as crazy as it gets w/o a locked padded cell. This is the completely off-the-wall Brian Camenker who's been around quite a while pontificating his visions and head-voices into loud prancing and dancing that the *news* media picks up . . . every once and awhile.

You know, that old adage about "the squeaky hinge gets the oil?" Well, that's Camenker. He's makes lovely *local* (shall we say) "colorful news." Camenker is well-known for his irrationalities in his many websites as well as loud and raucous picketing with a very small group of others of similar bent.

Camenker is not know for credibility, veracity or insightfulness. He exaggerates and twists issues for whatever meanings he envisions. The "email from Article 8 Alliance" contains such Camenker deceit and irrational twists and turns regarding some legitimate newspaper articles and issues.

All that said and done about this local "colorful" but irrational character, Brian Camenker -- I take issue with the manner and presentation of the OP's posting. The OP doesn't make clear whether s/he is a proponent or opponent to the presented materials, nor does the OP identify Brian Camenker!

Here's an objective (and down-played) overview of Brian Camenker by the Boston Globe newspaper by Megan Woolhouse, Globe Correspondent, October 28, 2004:

3. When I was in jr. high school (in the early 1980s)
my sex ed teacher was a lesbian. I don't recall her ever mentioning it, but it was pretty obvious that her "housemate" was more than just a friend.

The thing that has always irritated me is when people declare that gays/lesbians are out there with a radical agenda to convert kids into their lifestyle. What a load of crap. I enjoyed the class and emerged just as heterosexual as I went into it.

10. Article 8 calls Alexander "gay porn"
From what I understand, there wasn't so much as a gay kiss, just some "suggestive hugging."

And the screenplay was the only thing that "sucked."

8. I am very much AGAINST the Article 8 Coalition
Notice I called them "anti-gay" as opposed to "pro-family."

Sorry, I thought that would be clear enough.

9. Gay and straight school teachers
Edited on Sat Jan-01-05 11:13 AM by IanDB1
I had very few school teachers growing-up that we "knew" to be gay.

Of course, there was the obligatory (or actually, stereotypical) lesbian gym teacher.

Not knowing any better, in third grade, I asked her what it meant when my mom said she's a lesbian.

I didn't do very well in any of her gym classes for the next three years. And then I went to middle school.

Our other gym teacher was a guy with a mustache who was straight and painfully creepy.

He always spoke in third-person. "Mr. M wants you to come here. Mr. M. wants to know why you didn't bring your gymclothes today. Mr M. wants you to do 20 push-ups." He had this intense stare that looked right through you. And he always picked the worst music for the yearly gym show (invariably scheduled to coincide with the Hebrew School's junior sedar). I prefered the gay woman, even though she always gave me a hard time.

And the only teachers I knew ever to get in trouble for improper sexual relations with students were never the gay ones, but the straight music teachers (two of them within 5 years) touching little girls.

In high school we had two gay teachers. One was the extremely flamboyant French teacher who was also in charge of (true to stereotype) The Drama Club.

He's also the only teacher I've ever known who got in trouble for anything "gay-related," but it did NOT involve a student. The poor guy got caught by a vice cop having sex in one of our school vans at a rest stop. Gay or straight, this is generaly considered a bad move. It's even worse when the headmaster is the one you call to post bail.

There was another teacher we were pretty sure was gay, but never sure. He was one of the finest teachers I ever had, and a great mentor.

And our rather androgenous female gym teacher, who many of us thought was gay, turned out to be either straight or bi. We know this, because our geography teacher came to class stoned one day and he said to us, matter-of-factly, "You know Ms. X? I fucked her." Our geography teacher got stoned a lot. Maybe that's why he didn't come back for a second year.

We never had any gay awareness, gay-straight alliances, or "openly" gay teachers in any school I ever went to. It's great that this has changed. I think it would have spared a lot of teachers and students a lot of grief.
