Belated veterans day salute to GLBT vets

Funny story; the SO and I were getting haircuts at a "family" establishment last Saturday, and R brings up how everyone's military ID looks like Gomer Pyle, even the women. So in this room with 15 or so GLBT people in it in various stages of grooming, everyone reaches for their wallet to compare their military ID's. Even the women.

2. I swear they screw a Gomer Pyle lense onto the camera before they take the picture. It's the only explanation.

My bootcamp album was from 1972 and the pictures of boots of today look exactly like us from way back.

A hearty and well deserved Happy Veterans Day to all who served.

My secret little wish, that 50,000 soldiers came out today and insisted on being discharged now.
