HELP! Cool Michigan GLBT Campground looking to expand in TX or FLA...

One of my favoite people in the entire world has a very busy GLBT campground in Michigan, and wants to buy another CG in Fla or TX. Any suggestions, particuliarly if you're aware of a campground for sale, are welcome.

1. I think he should look around the Crawford area

wouldn't that be a great place for them to open up shop? Maybe even talk to Cindy about what she's going to do with the land she bought when all is said and done with the pretzledent. Or maybe... he should scope out land near one of those fundy religious colleges? It'd be a hoot to watch all those good christians heads explode.

and I'll probably mention it to her -- the local Sheriff's dept. is very professional IMO and they've dealt with protecting contraversial folk very well (Camp Casey), so far...but the Hill Country is so much prettier...

Cool. Don't know WHY I assumed it was owned and operated by a guy. I try not to be sexist, I really, really do! :-)

2. It would be nice to have a family friendly gay campground FLA

There is a gay campground in Ocala, but it is or has become an "adult" environment.

I didn't know it was owned by a woman!

I just got back from the Palm Beach county area in Florida. It is a beautiful and seeminlgy very gay area.

7. I think she's in partnership with a close male friend.

She's one of the most intelligent people I know. A born diplomat with a HUGE brain, a bigger heart, and a stunning sense of humor. If I were gay I'd have married her a long time ago.
