But living in an apartment and living on the other coast makes that a bit impractical. But if I had the means to care for those two little sweeties, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I have a pair of dogs that are essentially a gay couple. They're both males, not biologically related, but grew up in the same household. We adopted them this past November. We were looking for only one more dog, but it would have been cruel to separate them. They are EXTREMELY bonded and just cry and cry when they are apart.

growing up around chickens, I can tell you from first hand experience that roosters rarely cuddle with each other; I hope it isn't an abusive relationship!
