I used to confuse the waiter/waitress by asking for a "people bag".
It also occasionally embarrassed my date, but she always got over it.
Most know that the normal term was a "doggie bag".
Sometimes I had to explain to the server that I neither had a dog, nor intended to waste this food on a pet!
"take-out bag"
I'll have to remember that if I ever go out for dinner again . .

4. Weight Watchers teachers portion contol well |

I'm not a big fan of Weight Watchers because I hate the meetings. Their information on portion sizes, however, is excellent. That's what helped me the most.
