I've listened to a few of these physics lectures from the Perimeter Institute, and some have been quite interesting. I started with the one about Galileo, thinking that wouldn't be technical. I was right, and I learned some things. Then I took in the one on solar systems, and pictoral "proofs" in math. If any got slightly boring I just moved it along with the cursor.

I would recommend for people interested in science, who like listening to lectures, and who have decent headphones. It would be a challenge to hear with generic crappy computer speakers.
