Back in my laboratory days, I once ran my own digested DNA on a gel, dried it, and made it along with a photo of it fluorescing on a UV box into a Mother's Day card. My mom was a little bit freaked out by it. :rofl:

1. I took a jewlery making class in high school and tried to make similar things.

I tried to make double-helix jewelry, mobius strips, and stuff made with spent .22 shell casings.

It was the one class in H.S. I dropped for fear of failing.

I got my fine arts credits by doing independent studies in Creative Writing, Desktop Publishing, and Videography.
