Moon News that Bears Repeating: Conspiracy Theorist Bart Sibrel Gets Decked, Hoofed and Flagged off

Bart Sibrel makes a living out of conning his followers into believing the moon Landing is a hoax. He constantly attacks astronauts.

Not all astronauts take the attacks in stride; many have been offended by the claim that they faked their accomplishments or are part of a conspiracy. In 2002, UFO conspiracy theorist Bart Sibrel confronted astronaut Buzz Aldrin outside a hotel and called him a "coward and a liar" for his role in faking the moon landings. The 72-year-old promptly punched Sibrel in the jaw. Video of the incident and more:

Something about somebody misrepresenting a heroic government achievement as a conspiracy getting hit in the Jaw just appeals. ;)

Or polar ice caps, or polar bears that live on ice flows, or people who often spent all day outside in the summer time by choice.

But that's pessimistic.

I HOPE they'll have a hard time believing people thought space exploration was pointless, as they float in orbital hotels and work jobs amidst the asteroids or in remote space stations studying the structure of space in order to discover a more efficient FTL drive.
